In Loving Memory

Nicole Nikisha Alexander, affectionately called "Nikki" or "Cole", was born at Columbia Hospital for Women on November 17, 1972 to her loving and devoted parents Larry and Millian T. (deceased) Harrison. Nicole attended District of Columbia Public Schools and graduated from H.D. Woodson High School in 1990. She attended the University of the District of Columbia and received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Administration of Justice in 2004. After a long illness, Nicole entered heavenly eternal rest on Wednesday, November 13, 2019.

Nicole was employed with the Federal Government for approximately 27 years. During her tenure in the Federal Government, she worked for the US Department of Justice, US Department of State, US Department of the Navy, US Department of Air Force, US Department of Homeland Security and US Census Bureau.

Nicole met the love of her life, John Alexander, in 1997. They entered holy matrimony on May 19, 2004 and from this union they have four beautiful children: Tyrell, Nicholas, David, and Alexis.

Nicole was dedicated to her family. She was a loving and devoted mother and sister. She was always supportive and available when her siblings needed anything. She especially loved her children and was very active in their lives. She loved planning family vacations. Nicole also attended sports and extracurricular activities such as football, basketball, track, soccer and dance, cheering on her children from the stands or audience.

Nicole had a passion for shopping. She loved going to New York, enjoying the city and shop. Nicole knew how to shop for bargains and deals. She always found the best bargains. Nicole was a great gift giver to her family and friends. She gave unique gifts; gifts that were treasured and always what someone needed.
